Prior to sale, we provide sample shoes for trial fitting and offer style and pattern adjustments. During the sale, you may visit the factory to inspect or check the goods. After the sale, for quality issues such as adhesive failure, sole breakage, or upper cracking, we offer free replacement or refund.
